Business – IT Collaboration
Helping business and technology teams work together more effectively by creating shared understanding, improving communication, and aligning priorities to accelerate value delivery.
Collaboration, change & delivery
WhiteFloor Consulting helps organizations work in an agile way — with a focus on collaboration, change, and delivery, not fixed titles. No templates. We draw the plan together with you.
Whether you're starting out with Scrum or Kanban for the first time, or you have a mature setup that needs to scale across multiple teams, I step in as the experienced hand on the floor — hands-on or as a coach for teams and leadership, depending on what the task calls for.
I always start with a blank floor plan — your concrete challenges, not a fixed method. From there I draw on a solid toolbox of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a pragmatic approach to change management, so the solution fits your organization.
Helping business and technology teams work together more effectively by creating shared understanding, improving communication, and aligning priorities to accelerate value delivery.
Designing and improving operating models, governance, and ways of working that enable organizations to deliver faster while maintaining clarity, ownership, and sustainable processes.
Supporting organizations through change by establishing new teams, redefining roles and responsibilities, and embedding effective collaboration and delivery practices from the outset.
Facilitating workshops, strategic discussions, and decision-making processes that align stakeholders, build consensus, and create momentum across teams and organizational levels.
Improving the flow from idea to delivery by strengthening prioritization, planning, collaboration, and execution to maximize business value and organizational effectiveness.
Søren Hjelholt — consultant & owner
My name is Søren Hjelholt. I work as an agile advisor focused on collaboration, change, and delivery — not fixed titles or templates. I have more than 10 years of experience across both agile and traditionally run projects, with a background in analysis, implementation, and change management.
The name has two meanings. It started as a dream among a group of young students for an office where every wall and floor was white and could be written on — to spark creativity. The company never happened, but the name stuck.
Today it's a picture of how I work with clients: I start with your needs, not a finished template. A blank floor plan — but with a big box of ideas and tools we fill in together as we go. In an agile context, the good way of working starts with the teams doing the work, and spreads from there to the rest of the organization.
